3D Embossing Folder
Thick plastic folder that is hinged
Use the platform completely closed

most 3D embossing folders will require only one cutting pad, however, if the folder is extremely thick you may not need the pad.
If paper tends to crack, you can try spritzing the paper with water first.
Steel Rule Dies
Hard plastic casing with foam, about 5/8” thick. Measures 5.5" X 5.5" Smaller ones measure 2.5" X 5.5". Has a sharp steel cutting blade inside the foam.
Cuts paper & cardstock, chipboard, cloth, felt, cork and canvas –most thick materials. Cuts multiple layers of paper at one time.

A very thin metal die.
Place platform first completely closed

If you are using a very detailed die it is best to use
the precision plate (a Crome plate that is included at with each
machine) The precision plate replaces one of the cutting pads.

Do not use precision plate with larger open dies like circles and squares.
