General Membership Meeting Minutes
General Meeting of Paper Arts and
Memories
January 27, 2020
The meeting was called to order at 11:30 by
President Vicki Gibbs.
95 members and 4 guests were in
attendance.
Secretary, Liz Ratliff, offered minutes from
the last general meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was made by Pat
Parry. It was seconded and unanimously approved.
Treasurer, Denise Power, presented the
proposed budget for 2020 with explanation. A motion was made by Rosie Santelman
to accept the proposed budget. It was seconded and unanimously
approved
Vice President, Robin Rushton, summarized the
proposed changes to Chapters 12 and 13 of SCG’s Charter Club Policies and
Procedures, previously called our club’s by-laws. These included moving
elections to the 3rd week in January and adding we a member-at-large
to the officer roster. A motion to accept these changes was made by Mary
McGillis. It was seconded and unanimously approved.
Reports were given by committee
members.
Announcements were made.
Rita Bartlett made a motion to adjourn the
meeting. That motion was seconded and approved.
